We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, here is how exchanges, returns and refunds work.

Exchanges and returns

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange or return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Wrong size? We are happy to exchange it for another size while stock lasts.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping.

Return shipping

For damaged or wrong items, we cover the return shipping. For other returns and exchanges, return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund you through PayPal to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show the refund.
