Shipping Policy

We ship our products worldwide. Here is what to expect after you place an order.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment. PayPal emails you a payment receipt right after you pay.

Shipping costs

We offer a flat shipping fee of $20 per order, and free shipping on orders over $200. The shipping cost is shown on the product page and on the PayPal payment page before you pay.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your country and local customs. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we send you the tracking number by email or WhatsApp. You can also message us on WhatsApp at any time to ask about your order.

Shipping address

We ship to the address on your PayPal payment. Please make sure it is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us before your order ships.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are paid by the buyer.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us at [email protected] and we will help.
