These Terms of Service apply to your use of aurals.shop and to every order you place with Aura Luxury Studio ("we", "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. Prices are shown in USD. Shipping costs, if any, are confirmed with you before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order you have already paid for.

How ordering works

You can order on our website: choose your item, enter your shipping details and pay with PayPal, either on PayPal's payment page or through a PayPal invoice we email you. You can also order by messaging us on WhatsApp. Your order is confirmed once your payment is complete, and PayPal sends you a receipt. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is unexpectedly out of stock; if you have already paid, we refund you in full.

Payment

We accept payment through PayPal, on PayPal's payment page or by PayPal invoice. You can pay with your PayPal balance or with a credit or debit card through PayPal. Your payment details are handled by PayPal; we never see your card number. We will never ask you to send card details in a chat or email.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to the address on your PayPal payment. Processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs and customs duties are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Exchanges, returns and refunds

Exchanges, returns and refunds are handled as described in our Returns & Refunds.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships.

Our content

All photos, text and designs on this website belong to Aura Luxury Studio and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
